We wanted to start right for an home owners association of 394 living units. Good communication process, accounts management and visitor management was a key requirement for us. We use the Help Desk tracker quite a bit since it helps us in tracking member queries or complaints raised for maintenance related work and tracking response times. The reports related to this feature are also come very handy to streamline our operations. We regularly send out annoucements to Community members for various reasons. Now we communicate to all members and residents through a single database which is commonly and regularly updated.
Earlier we would send communication across emails with excel sheets, which were required to be updated and shared with others. Now we update the information on ADDA and intimate everyone to check for the latest updates from wherever they are. This way, with ADDA, we are saving a lot of time for our Property management staff.
We had a WhatsApp group but it was just not suitable for the type of serious discussions we wanted to do.
